STARSAT 8800HD problème avec code PIN.

Bonjour,
Après avoir fait une fausse manipulation, un code PIN à été activée. Ne connaissant pas le code, ni l'origine de cette activation, toutes les chaines sont partit , ainsi que l’accès à [Installation] est refusé n'ayant pas le code requis.
Je vous demande de l'aide, pour m’expliquer l'origine du problème s'il vous plaît.
